How it works

Cap Monta brings together private rentals at CHM Montalivet and Euronat on a single calendar. You search, you see the free dates, you write to the owner. That's all.

You are looking for a rental

  1. You filter

    Resort, area, dates, number of guests. Homes already taken for your dates are not shown.

  2. You check

    On each listing, the availability calendar and the rates by period are shown as the owner keeps them up to date.

  3. You ask

    The form calculates the price of the stay and passes your request to the owner. The owner replies and decides.

A request is not a booking. No payment goes through Cap Monta: the price, the deposit, the contract and the security deposit are settled directly with the owner. Until the owner accepts your request, the stay is not reserved.

You rent out your home

  1. You publish

    Photos, capacity, amenities, rates by period. If you already have a listing elsewhere, its text is enough to prefill the page.

  2. You keep the calendar

    You block your own weeks and those already rented. An up-to-date calendar is what brings your listing up and avoids pointless requests.

  3. You reply

    Each request comes with the dates, the number of guests and the calculated amount. You accept or decline; accepting blocks the dates automatically.

Publishing is free and Cap Monta takes no commission on your rentals.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind Cap Monta?

An independent site, not affiliated with the management of CHM Montalivet or Euronat. The homes are offered by their owners, not by the resorts.

Is the availability shown reliable?

It is what the owner has entered. The date of the last update is shown on each listing: that is the signal to check before planning around a period.

Are the resorts naturist?

Yes. CHM Montalivet and Euronat are naturist resorts. The conditions and rules of each resort apply during your stay. For the entry conditions and current rules, see the official website of the resort concerned.

Does the departure day count as a night?

No. A stay from 8 to 15 August is seven nights: the arrival day counts, the departure day does not. The calendar and the price calculation follow the same rule.

What happens to my request?

It is sent to the owner of the home, with your contact details, so that they can reply. How this is handled is described in the privacy policy (in French).

How is the site funded?

By donations. The site has no advertising and takes no commission; the server costs about €8 a month.Support Cap Monta

Can I buy or sell a mobile home here?

No. Cap Monta only does holiday rentals, on purpose.
